What's TE & Company
TE is an all-year-round non-profit Children's Theater/ Performing Arts/Television Ministry program that has been in existence for 53years.
We are dedicated to keeping children off of drugs, off the streets, and out of gangs. Improving our community and environment by proving positive educational media and outreach opportunities for inner/outer city at-risk children. Children from low-income or dysfunctional families, hanging on the street, low self-esteem, having problems at home, school, or who just need a friend.
We are an After School program, and Summer day camp for children ages 6-18
that focus on positive activities mostly in the areas of Performing arts, Theater,
and Television.
We have and continue to work extensively with other local community social services including but not limited to the police and fire departments, community outreach organizations, local cable companies, religious institutions, and school districts.
T.E. seeks to establish a setting in which children in the community will find opportunity and impetus to develop into creative, challenging, and contributing citizens. We work to help children to see themselves as caring and loving persons interested in other young people and in the moral and intellectual development of the community.
It is our policy to create and instill in each child a sense of self-worth that no environmental condition can destroy.

Goals
TE goals are to set up programs in schools and communities, assistance for those who are behind in school or who need special help to stay in school or to succeed academically. Help children find ways to handle their emotions and their relationship with others, By giving them an avenue that will help them think and create from their imaginations.
